Noam Hessler

Noam Hessler is an American poet and translator. Hailing from Vermont and currently stationed in the Hudson River Valley, Noam writes with the aim of expanding what we know about the world and each other, with the goal of using poetry as a means of accessing and capturing new states of matter and perception. They are interested in (in no particular order) temporality, the nightmare of history, Russian modernist poetry, semantics, skramz bands, terrorism, The New Deal, and love. Their debut collection Officeparks, published by Farthest Heaven, represents an introduction to and opening salvo towards American poetry to come. Hessler's poems and poetry have been featured in locations such as Apocalypse Confidential, Bruiser, Expat, Keep Planning, and Burial Magazine, among others on the web and in print. They published Officeparks with Farthest Heaven in August 2025, and are currently at work on several manuscripts of original poetry and a translation of a collection of verses by the Russian Symbolist Mikhail Kuzmin.
